Disko Bay

19 Days

An in-depth exploration of the historic, remote regions of Iceland, Greenland and Canada. You start in Reykjavik then set sail from Akureyri in northern Iceland, crossing to south east Greenland, rounding its tip to Nuuk.  Then it’s across to Baffin and some of the most picturesque places on the planet, ending in Iqaluit before the flight to Ottawa.

These are untamed lands of glaciers and bergs, where ice-clad mountains and soaring fjords open dramatically into the sea. We’ll be awed by massive bird cliffs, mingle with locals, wander abandoned settlements, soak in spectacular hot springs, and savour rare opportunities to get up close to whales, polar bears and puffins.
