When you have found the expedition that interests you, contact us by letter, phone or e-mail. (Please give us your postal address and telephone number.) We will send you a Booking Form and a copy of our Brochure. We will also be happy to answer any questions and discuss details by phone, letter or e-mail.

When you have booked and paid a deposit, we will send you a Further Information sheet which will give more details of the Destination and Itinerary, a Clothing and Equipment list and a Reading List.

Tickets and travel instructions are despatched near the departure date.

FINANCIAL SAFEGUARDS

To comply with EC Directive 90/314/EEC and The Package Travel, Package Holidays and Package Tours Regulations 1992 SI3288 (as amended) Arcturus Expeditions provide, as part of the expedition cost, all clients with a Total Payment Protection Policy issued by Travel & General Insurance plc. In addition, payments for air tickets are protected under the provisions of our ATOL licence. Both schemes are fully covered in our booking form and contract conditions.
